If you use a lot of HubSpot forms (e.g., because you launch many pieces of gated content, organize events, work with partners, etc.), then it's not easy to set up automations based on forms that don't have to be manually updated each time you launch a new form.
That's why it would be helpful to have the option (within workflows and /or lists) to have the filter "form name" (or, basically have all form properties available when you click "refine filter" on "Any form submission"). This way, you can implement a naming convention for forms and build workflows that trigger per type of form submission.
A real world example would be to be able to filter for all form submissions related to lead magnets, without having to include new lead magnet forms in all respective workflows.
Even better would be an additional property such as "Form type", which could be used instead of "Name" to filter for different types of forms and their respective submissions.
Where are you embedding these forms - HubSpot or somewhere else?
If it's the former I would strongly recommend developing a forms strategy and only have a handful of forms e.g. lead magnet, webinar, etc. and then use HubSpot's ability to filter by form location to do the rest.
You'll end up with one "lead magnet" form and it won't matter if you have 20 or 200 lead magnet pieces on offer.
