Field to let people upload their files to send it to us on a LP
lösung
Hello everyone,
I would like to know if it's possible to include in Hubspot's landing page the possibility to have a field to let people download files and then, send it to an email through a workflow?
What I mean exactly is can we do like this page https://deep-image.ai/ where we can upload an image?
Thanks for your help. I checked already FAQ and other topics but can't find an answer.
Yes, you can create a so-called custom property (essentially the "backend" of a form field). For these properties, there is a type "File". To simplify the HubSpot lingo here: You can create form fields to upload files.
When this field is used in forms, website visitors can then upload a file. HubSpot automatically uploads this files and then stores the URL in the custom property you created above. As such, it could also be sent via an internal email, yes, using personalization tokens.
Accessing the link however requires the person to be logged into your HubSpot portal.
Let me know if you have any follow-up questions!
