Currently, my organization is trying to switch from Formstack to Hubspot Forms. We have certain custom fields in Salesforce for Patient types in the form of checkboxes.
However, when building out a Hubspot form, I can't seem to get the fields to update in Salesforce when the form is filled out. I have been trying to look into the mapping for Salesforce, but everything else maps and updates correctly aside from that specific instance.
Is there something wrong I'm doing with the Label and Internal Values of the field? I am not sure I am setting something up correctly. I'm unsure what to do and how to fix it.
I have set the field options to read as such:
I have set the internal value to match the mapping code, but not sure if I should even be doing that, or how these internal values work.
Great question, thank you for asking the Community!
First, I'd like to share this article "Map HubSpot properties to Salesforce fields" where we can see that if you have multiple checkboxes in HubSpot, you need to have a multipicklist type of property in Salesforce.
I also wanted to invite a couple of subject matter experts to this conversation: Hi @johnelmer, @jolle2 and @GreyHamilton do you have suggestions to help @DLalonde, please?
If anybody else has anything to add and/or share, please feel free to join in the conversation 🙂
