Export Unknown Fields from external form
SOLVEI have a non-hubspot form on our website.
The form has some checkbox choices, name, email and phone fields.
Now we have a problem in collecting the data in the collection cms (Mautic) and we didn't collect the data from the past 2 months.
Luckely we have hubspot, so each submission is captured in hubspot.
But the problem is that i cannot export the checkbox data (see screenshot)
The red error message is in English:
The value was not passed to the Contact Record. 'shiba inu' is not a Contact Property.
How can i export to csv with all the fields. It is historical data, i hope someone has a solution

Unfortunately you can't because that information has not been saved in HubSpot, as the error message mentions.
If you use non-HubSpot forms you need to make sure the values someone submits on these forms matches properties and their respective values in HubSpot. It is one of the reasons why I would always recommend using HubSpot and avoiding the non-Hubspot forms option whenever possible.

If you use non-HubSpot forms you need to make sure the values someone submits on these forms matches properties and their respective values in HubSpot. It is one of the reasons why I would always recommend using HubSpot and avoiding the non-Hubspot forms option whenever possible.
