Error: This form can’t be clonedSOLVE

We are unable to clone a form.
Hovering the grey Clone button displays the “This form can’t be cloned” message although we are in a role (Settings > Users & Teams) with granted access to the forms tools.

The issue is caused when a contact does not have access to Marketing contacts, and because of that they are unable to clone and/or create forms. So for this role, I changed the team's permission and granted them access to Marketing contacts.
Steps to take:
- Go to Settings > Users & Teams
- Select Roles tab
- Click on the role you want to change
- Select Account (on the More tab)
- Enable Marketing contacts access
