Email notifications of form submissions not working(very delayed) in Lead Flows

I'm testing out lead flows, have a quick one seutp on my site.  I tested it out a couple of days ago and nothing seemed to have happened.

I tried again today and suddenly the notification from 'two days ago'(May 10th) showed up today(May 12th)??

Can someone help me understand why?

Hey @DonB according to HubSpot's Status Page (see here) there was a disruption to the Lead Flows email notifications. This seems to have been resolved already - are you still experiencing the issue?
