Email notifications of form submissions not working in Lead Flows

Hi, Our lead submission email notifications aren't working properly. They only go to the email that the account is registered under and don't go to the emails we added in the settings area. How can we resolve this issue? Thank you!

Hi @syscomtechusa,

 

Could you please send me a private message with your Hub ID and the email addresses who are not receiving notification emails? I need to check if these addresses have been bounced, which would explain why they are not receiving emails. If that is the case I can correct this for you.

The leads should also be sent to sales@syscomtechusa.com
