Email footer within follow up email creation tool in "Forms"

Hi there. I'm getting an error message when I try to enter my details into the footer and try to save it:

 

"Sorry. We couldn’t update the footer

Please refresh the page or try again later."
 
I've tried refreshing. No joy. I thought it may be a format issue with the telephone number I'm entering, but I have tried every combination (including without symbols or spaces) and it made no difference.

As a result, I can't set up an auto reply email correctly.
 
By the way. I love the app!

Please advise.

Still the same this morning.

Could you please follow the steps on this article here ( Clear your browser cache ). After that please try to save the follow up email.

IF this issue persists, are you able to save in another browser or in incognito mode in your browser?
