I am trying to create a dynamic form that allows me to start a different workflow depending on what page the form was submitted to help me use the same form across all my lead magnets - this way, depending on the page where its submitted i can create different workflows to send magnets

You can trigger a workflow based on a Form Submission AND which Page the Form was on.
