Double and tripple tickets from form

Hi, 
we have an LP form in Hubspot, and sometimes after filling it out, 2 or even 3 identical tickets are created instead of one. What could be the reason for this?

Hey @PJas is this within the HubSpot CMS or external? My only guess here is that there may be a script conflicting with the HubSpot form. Just to confirm it's creating multiple tickets from a single submission? Do you have a link to the page you're forms on so I can take a look?
