I’ve created a custom property (“Industria”, type: dropdown/enumeration, for Contacts) in my portal (ID: 144126643). The property is visible and correctly configured in Settings > Properties, but it does not appear among the available fields when editing or creating a Web Form.
Steps already tried:
Refreshed the forms editor (hard refresh)
Tried in several browsers and incognito mode
Renamed the property and saved again
Log out and log in again in HubSpot
Deleted any previous/old ‘Sector’ fields from forms
Attempted building a new form from scratch (still not visible)
Verified that the property is active, open for forms, and not duplicated
I’m an admin, but I don’t have access to direct HubSpot support. Attaching screenshots of the property configuration and the forms editor where the field does not show.
Could someone from the community or the HubSpot team help confirm if this is a known issue or suggest a technical solution/escalation?
