Custom Contact Property Not Showing in Forms (Bug or Sync Issue)

Hi,

I’ve created a custom property (“Industria”, type: dropdown/enumeration, for Contacts) in my portal (ID: 144126643). The property is visible and correctly configured in Settings > Properties, but it does not appear among the available fields when editing or creating a Web Form.

Steps already tried:

• Refreshed the forms editor (hard refresh)
• Tried in several browsers and incognito mode
• Renamed the property and saved again
• Log out and log in again in HubSpot
• Deleted any previous/old ‘Sector’ fields from forms
• Attempted building a new form from scratch (still not visible)
• Verified that the property is active, open for forms, and not duplicated

I’m an admin, but I don’t have access to direct HubSpot support.

Could someone from the community or the HubSpot team help confirm if this is a known issue or suggest a technical solution/escalation?

I'm not seeing a screenshot but could you confirm that you have this box ticked in the property settings?
