I am looking to create a scholarhship application form on my website. Simple fields. I want to know what the output looks like on the back end? Does it generate a csv file like in Jotform?
Form submissions create a contact record in HubSpot. You can then filter contacts by form submission and/or by values that were part of the form submission.
The most common thing would be to create a list based on the form submission. This list can the be used for a number of things - reporting, sending an email, creating a view - I have written an article about how great HubSpot lists are. You can then also export contacts in a list if you want to.
