Create Dynamic list based on unique form in different pages on website

Hi,

I would to create a dynamic list of customer based on a unique form in different pages of my website, and so I would to filter them based on the page where they have done the submission.

How to do that?

Hi @Espe! To create a list of contacts that submitted a form on a specific web page, follow these steps:

• Create an Active, contact-based list
• Name your list, and select Form Submissions from the filter type list

• Select which form you want to filter by

• Select the "Contact has filled out form on" radio button, select what page you want to filter by, and click the Apply Filter button

• To include more than one page in your filter criteria, click the AND button, and repeat the steps, this time selecting the second page you want to include

Thanks for these insights. I am trying to solve this problem as well and have two follow-up questions.

1) How do you populate the "pages" list?

2) Does it have to be a page created in HubSpot or can it be a webpage created in WordPress?
