Contact "reconversion" even when data is different?

I have a Hubspot form I have been running test submissions through. However, even when I have completely different contact info (including email) submitted each time, it still considers it a reconversion under my same Contact object.

I realize this is due to it recognizing my IP address and/or cookies. However, I have already selected the "Always create contact for new email address" setting, but this still keeps happening. What else can I do to prevent it lumping submissions in the same Contact?

This is posing a practical issue for us because we often use a single public computer to have multiple leads sign up on our form in person. It has resulted in different leads just overwriting the same Contact object instead of getting their own.

Thanks!

Hi @marconetrio

If you change the form settings after the first submission it means the HubSpot cookie will still have been dropped. Are you submitting the form on your normal Chrome browser or in incognito mode?

Have you tried clearing your cache and cookies and testing again?

Thanks

I am also keen on a solution for this. We have a high number of customers returning and this reconversion is affecting flow on integrations.
