Configurator and/or calculator with hubspot forms?

Hi,

I am searching for a way to implement something like this via HubSpot:

"Ihre Investition"/price is the result of different options a user can choose. Price and chosen options are sent via form to the existing crm.

I am pleased about every feedback regarding this challenge.
