HubSpot seems to be collecting contacts from forms that are on someone else's website. I keep getting new contacts and "New submission on Collected Forms" notifications for some form on a website I am not connected with. How do I stop this?
I would reach out to support and provide them with the information from the other website. It could just be human error that someone typed the Hubspot ID in wrong in their code or it could be someone trying to harm your account. Either way support is the best option here.
Just click on the bottom right help button in your account from any page. Then click Contact Support. You will be presented with the options to Live Chat, Email or get a Call Back from support there.
