Collected Forms not capturing data (using Mail Munch)

I entered the Collected Forms but it is not capturing them. Any advice? Also, is there a way to integrate my social media paid adds?

Can you confirm that you added the tracking code to the website that you want to capture collected forms for and that the forms that you're hopeing to have show in collected forms is in the supported forms list at the bottom of this support document?

HI Yes, I  followed that document and entered the code. I use mail munch to capture is that the issue?

@erick0911, I'm not familiar with mail munch, so I'm not entirely sure if it is the problem, however if mail munch isn't a form in a <form> tag in your website, collected forms will not be able to pick it up.  Is the form in question on a page that I would be able to access to troubleshoot further?

All the forms in my site are mailmunch. Checkout my site on followuppower.net

Hello @erick0911,

Your form is in an iFrame, which collected forms cannot scrape.  

Some common reasons why the tool would not be able to capture submissions on forms:

• Form not enclosed in <form> tags
• Form contained inside an <iframe>
• Form has JavaScript bound to form submit event or submit button click event. This is how the tool captures submissions and any other events can prevent HubSpot from knowing when submissions occur
• Form was introduced after the page completed loading. The tool scans the page as soon as it loads and listens to submissions on forms that were present at that point.
• Form contained a sensitive field, such as credit card number.

Hey @erick0911 I'd advise working with your team / developer (whoever embedded the form) to review the above factors that @BrettLanguirand has listed, to see if any of them are cuasing this capture problem.
