Chrome blocking exit intent form

Chrome is issuing a warning about my site trying to run an unsafe script, and my pop-up form won't show unless I tell Chrome to run the unsafe script. What gives?

Can you share a URL where this happening and let me know which Chrome browser version you are using (3 dots menu icon -> Help -> About Google Chrome)?

Thanks. Looking into it further, we found a security issue unrelated to the form.
