I have set up the chat bot on our website and am one of the managers of the inbox. I am currently shown on our website when the chat is opened. How do I change the initial person who is shown without deleting myself completely from the inbox.
I still want to recieve notificaction but dont want to be shown as fist contact when the chat is opened.
Does that make sense? I would be glad of help.

When you navigate to Menu > Conversations > Chatflows and edit your Live chat, switch to the Display tab. In the left sidebar, you can customize who/what you'd like to be shown:
