Chatbot chat display behavior doesn't work correctly

I use Free tools Solution. I've created the new chatflow to capture leads from my website with chatbot but it doesn't work correct with display behavior. 

What have I done:

1. Create new chatflow and choose qualify leads bot. 
2. Fill new chatflow with content and add it to the website. 
3. Tune the display settings. Chat Display behavior — Desktop — Show the welcome message then pop open the chat widget when trigger is met. Choose trigger Percentage of the page scrolled and set = 50%. 

 

I opened my website to check the trigger I see problem. (I use Safari Version 14.1.2). When I open the webpage, the chat shows the welcome message, but I chose not to show welcome message untill 50% of page is scrolled. 

When I change behavior of chatbot from trigger to Only show launcher it works correct to what I see in settings — no welcome message on trigger and only if I open chat icon.

I ask you to help me to setup my chatflow correct.

In order to determine if this is a caching issue, can you try the following, please? : 

• Clear your browser's cache
• View the homepage in Google | Incognito mode
• See if this behavior can be reproduced in a different browser such as Chrome or Firefox.

Can you try those steps out and let us know how it goes?

I've cleared my browser's cache in Safari and now it works well.
