I'm wondering if there is a way to transfer shopify chat conversations from the inbox channel to HubSpot? When a user chats with us via the shopify inbox app, a new customer gets created in shopify. This customer then gets transfered to HubSpot via sync betwen Shopify and HubSpot. Unfortunately the conversation does not get synced to HubSpot.
After doing some more research, I can confirm that at the moment you can only sync customers, orders and products from Shopify to HubSpot, from the marketplace app as per the documentation here.
However, none of them show at the moment the ability to transfer chat conversations, should this change in the future we will be happy to provide updates and details.
A technical solution is not the problem. That's easy. Shopify probably prefers keeping these messages inside of Shopify so the seller and buyer maintain a direct connection, and millions of issues that involve Shopify don't get published to the wider world.
+1 on behalf of a customer for the request to sync Shopify messges to HubSpot team email conversations, as the noreply ones are going under a contact created with a noreply@shopify.com email.
