Hi! I have a HTML CTA on a Wordpress site that we're using to track downloads of a PDF. Works great! But I assumed that replacing the PDF in the CTA would replace it when the CTA was clicked on the website. The old PDF appears on click. The embed code does have an "encrypted payload" which might be pointing to the old PDF. I'm not sure. I'd sure love not to change the embed code on the website when the PDF is updated.
Hi @mvmike ! You are probably just running into your browser cache. Look up how to do an "empty cache and hard reset" of your browser tap while your website page is open. The new PDF should load.
This happens a lot when I make a change and then send to the team to review. I have to remind them to clear they cache or they might not see the change.

In addition to clearing the cache, which may remove other important website caches, you can force a cache rebuild by opening the page in incognito mode or hard refresh (CMD + SHIFT + R on Mac).
This will force HubSpot to rebuild the cache, which then is applied to all visitors.
