Can I create a Zoom webinar intergation on Marketing Starter Hub without Zapier

I'm attempting to integrate Zoom Webinar registration with a Hubspot landing page but I don't have the option to do it via Workflows and the webhook process due to this not being available on my Marketing Starter Hub account. I beleive it can be done via Zapier, which I don't have. Is there any other way?

I believe Zoom does have a native integration.  Have you tried these steps ( https://knowledge.hubspot.com/integrations/use-hubspots-integration-with-zoom )?  Outside of that or Zapier I am not aware of any other way to do the integration unless it is something you program yourself via an API.

Thank you for taking the time to respond, @Ben_M. I have tried that but my legacy accoutn doesn't enable workflows so I can't do it that way. I appreciate your advice.
