I was trying to setup a CTA on my website with filtering out the visitors who belong to a specific audience(using active lists), but it doesnot appear to be showing so.
When I select to show it to all visitors, it works without any hiccups but not the other way around. Do you perharps know what could I be missing? I have tried this by clearing cookies, using different browsers but still no effect.
Hey @CDP2023 if you clear your cookies, the HubSpot cookie would also be cleared. Meaning the HubSpot script would have no way of associating your browser with your contact record. If your CTA is targeting specific contacts, the browser has to have a cookie that's associated with that contact record. If it's a fresh browser it is essentially a new visitor so wouldn't be able to be identified until there's another form submit.

Using the filter I can see users have viewed the CTA. But the behavior is pretty inconsistent.
For example I have set the filter to Segmented Lists and and am using an active list which includes my emailID in it. So sometimes I can see the CTA being shown but other times it isnt (lets say I clear the cookies and login again), the behavior is erratic.
