We sent out an email 2 weeks ago and one of our CTAs received 1 click. This reflects in the email, but when I go into the contact activity and the CTA activity, there is no data suggesting it was clicked. The link in the CTA works and I've reviewed the email again and similar emails and there's are consistent. What could be the issue?
It can sometimes take a bit of time to update on the analytics portion of the CTA. Can you please let us know if you are still experiencing this descpreipency?
