CTA Banner Not Showing

I published a banner CTA for the bottom of our blog section/articles this morning, but while the Views count increments, it is not showing on the targeted pages.

I've removed any filters that would prevent me from seeing it and tested different browsers/devices to no avail. I see the view count increase with each test, however.

Wordpress site using the WP-HS plugin. Our Chatflow targeting works perfectly.

Has someone worked through a similar issue successfully?

**UPDATE**
I see the container when inspecting the code and the banner appeared on a subdomain site, so this issue seems rooted in Wordpress.

So this is an external website (not hosted on HubSpot) using a HubSpot CTA banner. Please let me know if that's not the case.

If the issue is on WordPress, the best next step would be to contact the WordPress Support.

Alternatively, you can also try to create a post in the developer Forum to see if one of the Community Members can help with the code.

Thank you for your reply and help! I was able to resolve this, turns out it was an exclusion rule I set.
