Built a form, but when I click "View" I only see one field.

My form is all built out, but when I go to "Actions -> View" I can only see the email address field. Nothing else. I can preview and place it in a page, but for some reason I cannot View and test what I have built.

In the top right corner of the form editor, have you made sure to click the orange button to publish your drafted edits? Until you do so, they only reflect in the editor as a draft. You need to push them live manually.
