Bug: Reordering dropdown options on Forms in Firefox

In Firefox, when dragging to sort the options in a dropdown field on a form (new form builder), the browser very quickly slows to a crawl the more I drag. After repositioning a couple items, the tab has usually slowed down so much that it becomes completely unresponsive. At that point I have to close the tab and open a new one to continue. This happens even in a Private Browsing window with extensions off and happens every time no matter how many options there are.

This does not happen when I try the same thing in Chrome.

Hi @david-z,

I understand that when using Firefox to drag and sort options in a dropdown field in the new form builder, the browser quickly becomes unresponsive after re-arranging a few items. 

I'd like to tag in some of our Top Contributors to see if they are able to reproduce this behavior on their end. 

Hi @Phil_Vallender @tjoyce @jonchim have any of you seen this before? If so, how did you resolve?
