Boolean Field in Form

New Contributor

Here's the situation: my organization has a variety of services/solutions. To learn more about each service/solution, we have landing pages/forms unique to each solution where people can download the content.

When someone downloads something, I want to populate a column in contacts called "Services and Solutions," which I've already sorted out.

However, if someone is interested in more than one product and fills out a second, third, and so on, form, I don't want the previous information to be deleted. Normally, a checkbox would work in this scenario. However, we have HubSpot linked to an external platform that requires a boolean string.

How do I go about doing this? Thanks in advance!

Hi @TravisBWS,

I would recommend using a workflow to change the data you are working with into something that will be accepted by the other system you are working with.

For more information on this, I wanted to share this resource.

Thank you,
