Automation based on form Conversion Page

I have an external form on a Wordpress site that is being captured into Hubspot and that is working fine.

Unfortunately, the same form is used on many pages and I need to trigger an action based on the page that the form was submitted on.

What I see in the contact's timeline is:

### submitted #contact-form .contact-form, .row on Download our guide to the changes in EN 300 328 v2.2.2

I can trigger an action based on that specific form being submitted but I want to do this only if they submitted the form on that specific page.

Is that possible? I can't see where I can reference the Conversion Page when I'm setting up an automation.

Hey- Not a solution from me as such, but there are a couple of potential workarounds detailed on this thread here from last month. Taking into account some of the properties discussed here may help you capture people from specific URLs (ie, the one the form was on).
