I'd like to add some sort of lead-gen automation to my Hubspot. Is there a way to create a workflow or other solution for Hubspot to automatically add Leads to prospecting (or create contact/company list) via workflow based on company/contact activity?
Example: We have a list of 500 contacts to whom we send marketing emails. I'd like Hubspot to create a list of contacts/companies that have opened/read our emails and add them as leads to the Prospecting dashboard or create a list out of it.
Is anything similar to what I described possible? Or do I have to do all of it manually?
Yes, in a contact-based workflow, you can use the "Create record" workflow action to accomplish this 🙂
For the enrollment triggers, you would specify which marketing email opens or link clicks should trigger lead creation, either through event based triggers or through the contact meeting certain filter criteria.
