How are you tracking marketing lead source attribution? Is it with a HubSpot report in addition to any other ways? If so, can you please share? Having difficulty identifying leads from AdWords and some other campaigns.

Hi @Marisa12,

The main way to identify contacts who came from AdWords would be via the source properties: https://knowledge.hubspot.com/contacts/understand-source-properties

For AdWords, you should find the campaign name retrieved from the URL's utm_campaign parameter in the field "Original source drill-down 1" and "Latest source drill-down 1". Drill-down 2 would containt the search term (if available).

By filtering for contacts where "Latest source drill-down 1" has ever been [campaign name], you should be able to find all contacts who submitted a form after engaging with a Google ad.

Additionally, you can connect your Google Ads account with HubSpot: https://knowledge.hubspot.com/ads/connect-your-google-ads-account-to-hubspot

Once connected, you'll have the option in contact-lists (Menu > Contacts > Lists) to filter for ad interactions:
