Associate Contacts, Companies, and Deals via Form Submission

We currently use forms to collect data on the contact, company, and deal level. Each record is created independently upon submission - as each object included is clearly related, it would be fantastic to see these records automatically associated upon creation.

As of now, the only workaround involves building a workflow: cloning the company + deal properties as contact properties for the form, relying on the submission as a trigger, creating company and deal objects within the workflow, and copying each property to the appropriate record.

The result of the method above is a cluttered property library and contacts maintaining irrelevant data, such as company or project-specific details. This also does not account for contacts with multiple submissions, such as company referrals or additional project requests.

Please make it possible to automatically associate each record included in a form submission. Thank you!

Hey @AFangman, are you using Company properties on the form?  That should create and associate the company correctly, but you are correct that a deal can't be created via the form.  So your workaround of making that deal on submission is the only way at present.

Hey @Bryantworks, we primarily use contact properties to then create company + deal records which can be associated to each other. But I appreciate your insight, it does make sense to use the company properties and follow the same workflow method for deals. Thanks for the response!
