Appending Metadata

Hello, I'm new to HubSpot and my organization has completely switched from Formstack to HubSpot for lead capturing forms on our landing pages. Everything is working great so far, but I've hit a small bump in understanding how to append the information entered into these forms to a different system forms once they move forward.

With Formstack, this was done by appending the metadata to the URL where the other system form was located. I'm not sure if that same feature is available with HubSpot and I'm just missing it. If I could be guided through this technique or pointed to an already posted answer that would be great.

Welcome to the HubSpot Community, if you have access to a Developer in your company, you can use the API to send the form submission data to HubSpot.

This endpoint is used to send form submission data to HubSpot.

I had reviewed your API documentation and noticed this information being referenced. I wanted to determine that there isn't another option available, something more front end friendly for our marketing staff. However, my team and I can definitely tackle this.
