Allow forms to be filtered by key settings like Set Contacts as Marketing Contacts

We have hundreds of forms in our portal.
As an admin I need to be able to audit and control form settings to ensure processes are being followed. 
Please allow forms to be filtered based on the form settings e.g.Set contacts created as marketing contacts.

This one is expecially relevant because the setting does not appear in form definition json files downloaded by the API, so I can't monitor or manage this setting using custom tooling via the API.
