Is there a way of adding a tick box to a lead flow pop-up? I need to include a tick box for people to consent to being contacted and us storing their data.
Great question! Currently, HubSpot Marketing Free users only have the ability to customize their Lead Flows with First Name, Last Name, Email, and Phone Number text fields.
If you are a HubSpot Marketing Starter, Basic, Professional, and Enterprise user, you will first need to create a custom checkbox property by following the process outlined in this article. Once you have created your custom checkbox property, it will be available to select under the “Add another form field” drop-down menu.
