A contact was marked as a non-marketing contact after that lead submitted a form. Why?

SOLVE

Hi, this contact has submitted a form and for some reason, the lead was marked as a non-marketing contact by HubSpot. Does anyone know why? Because the system first marked it as non-marketing contact, it failed to send out an automated email from a workflow.

Hi @SKim68,

 

Just to double check: In the Options tab of your form, have you enabled the setting that all contacts coming through should be marketing contacts?

 

If not, this seems to be a bug and I'd recommend reaching out to HubSpot support.

Hi @SKim68,

 

Just to double check: In the Options tab of your form, have you enabled the setting that all contacts coming through should be marketing contacts?

 

If not, this seems to be a bug and I'd recommend reaching out to HubSpot support.
