how come that when I'm trying to import in the Knowledge base some articles that were been exported from the very same hubspot KB, the HTML of the body get all messed up?
I have a serious amount of articles in multilanguage and doing everything manually is really time consuming and not optimized.
Does anyone know a method to work faster?
Can we supercharge this knowledge base tool in some way?
Hi @ACandian I'm happy to help offer insight on the export and reimport issue with HTML.
I've experienced similar in the past, when exporting the knowledge base articles to CSV, some of the code related to the formatting is lost, which is why it looks wrong when you reimport.
You can try modifying the CSV file directly so you can fix the issue in bulk before importing.
Can you be more specific about how the HTML is being messed up and an example of the body for the same article from the CSV so we can narrow down what's missing/broken?

Do you still have access to the original articles in the KB? or were they removed after you exported?
It doesn't sound like there's an easy way to fix the CSV to make importing easier, but you could look at manually copying the content from the old article to the new one from the import so you retain all of the formatting.
Assuming you're copying from one portal to another? or one KB to a second?

I'm exporting-reimporting from the very same KB, I have a huge amount of articles to be translated so instead of do it manually I would like to reimporting them in bulk.
I'd like to involve some of our experts in the conversation to review whether they have any suggestions for you or if they have encountered a similar case in their experience and how they resolved it.
