category is not displayed on the start page

I created a category some time ago. This is displayed on the start page (as a tile). Now I have created another category including subcategories and articles. This category is not displayed on the start page. However, the status of the new category is "public".

Go to Customize templace > Content > Page > Categories 

Then you have sliders to hide or not a category
