hello, I found a typo mistake in knowledge 'log out' button (in example you can see lithuanian language) This is default button value and I can't really find how to edit its value. Is it possible to edit? Regards,

Can I use the Hubspot tracking code from our website for the knowledge base articles? If so I assume it's just by copying the tracking script html into the Additional Options setting

Hi, A tracking script was placed on a customers device when they vistied our site. This was done without their consent and they are threatening legal action. Is there a way to turn off the feature to prevent futher issues? Thanks

One limitation I found in the knowledge base is the fact that we only have two category levels, it would be great to have at least three levels.

I just discovered that there is a limit of 2000 articles per knowledge base, even on a portal with the enterprise module. It would be great to be able to increase this amount for each of the knowledge base that can be created. Here is the art Leia mais
