I created a knowledgebase and added it to the chatflow in Sandbox. While testing I cannot preview the knowledge to check if it is working as expected. How can I review the knowledgebase while using chatflow? Is there a work around to this?

We are currently blocking crawler access in the KB settings, which successfully prevents articles from appearing in Google search results. However, the Knowledgebase domain itself and its categories are still visible via Google Search . I al Leer más

In Configure > Categories, the UI allows us to order articles within a subcategory, but this order is not reflected on the category page. Either make this ordering control drive the visible article order, or clarify in the UI what it affects. Rig Leer más
