We are on Service Hub Enterprise publishing a knowledge base as private content. When viewing a contact record in HubSpot, you would previously be able to navigate to list memberships, to send a reset password email for the user to reset their Beitrag ansehen

As a user I always end up in the wrong knowledge base because as soon as I leave the module and go back, the first one opens. Pls save which knowledge base the user has opened the last time and open this one first.

We just went live with our KB. When user clicks on a category, then sub category, and finally the article, the URL that shows up in the browser is e.g.: https://kb.jumbula.com/live-activity-reminders . As you can use, the category name is not in Beitrag ansehen
