When we upload or paste a large image to the KB editing screen, we encounter height and width problems, we need more space for our images because when the article is live on our page, these large images do not look good or readable for our customer 続きを読む

I copied most of our knowledge base articles from google docs to the Hubspot directly without issue, including all images. For a few documents I had to copy to MS Word, then to Hubspot. I don't know why, but this solved my problem for 1-2 documents. 続きを読む
