I have created a developer testing account and it is started with 90 day trial. How can i make it permanent?

As @Bryantworks said, there isn't anything you can other than making API calls to/from the developer portal as that resets the 90 day expiration day, see this article.

I don't believe it's possible to make a permanent developer portal, you simply need to renew the account every 90 days.
