Trying to make 2 different FAQ's for our different software (country) editions

Hello all,

 

Our software has a different edition for each country, not only language but also different content.

How do I make different knowledge bases, 1 for each country?

I have tried to use the SSO list function now, but that requires people to login, so people without an account can't browse the Knowledge Base now.

 

I would prefer to have multiple different knowledge bases, just with different links to refer to from the software, and without any log ins.

 

Is this possible?

It is my understanding that it is not currently possible to create multiple knowledge bases, but multi-language is supported.

 

Here is the HubSpot Knowledge Base article for creating articles in multiple languages.

 

This idea for Multiple Knowledge Bases is marked In Planning, you can add your feedback there.

 

I hope this helps get you started in the right direction!
