Slack/Hubspot Integration is not showing/sharing private knowledge base articles

Hey there,

Was hoping to get some help if possible. We're trying to support more of our teammates who need help quickly while out in the field via using the /hs-search-kb function to quickly share an article. 

These are knowledge base articles that we want to keep private and internal (and separate from public self-support knowledge articles) -- but for some reason, whenever we use the /hs-search-kb function -- it doesn't pull up any of the private articles. Can anyone help with this? Having this work would be a game-changer for us. Thanks in advance for any help here!

Hi @ppaul , wanted to update this post also for future reference. 

At the moment it is not currently possible to support search private KB articles in "Slack." The /hs-search-kb command was implemented when there wasn't a private access level of KB articles so there has not yet been a modification to the command to allow it to search for private articles.

Hello, @ppaul thank you for the information provided. At the moment we allow private articles to show up if the user is logged in. Is the private kb visible to any user at the moment? Wanted to share this knowledge base with more information about slack integration.

I would also recommend connecting with HubSpot Technical Support, as Support is included in your subscription and they will be able to provide real time assistance for this matter, including hopping on a screen share if necessary.
