Searchable FAQ with Keywords

Hi there,

 

Does anyone know if there is capability in hubspot to create a fully searchable FAQ section where you can add keywords, links, images etc. 

I've seen part of the wiki page that hubspot offers but the FAQ we would like to create will involve hundreds of questions across various subjects. Any idea if this can be acheived within hubspot?

Yes, HubSpot does offer the capability to create a searchable FAQ section.

 

You can create this in HubSpot through HubSpot CMS and create a dedicated knowledge base where people can ask different questions.

 

In CMS you can create a FAQ page with different articles supporting your website visitors' query

Following up on that. Would creating in the FAQ in the CMS remove it from the knowledge base? I also have to use a private knowledge, so I'm assuming I can't use the CMS FAQ functionality and maintain the security restrictions?
