Is it possible to search multiple kbs at the same time and then to filter the results based on kbs? It seems that something like this is happening on the Hubspot Help Center.
At the moment, it isn't possible to filter Knowledge Base (KB) search results by specific sources after conducting a search. However, you can select the sources you wish to include before performing a search. The system will then search within the selected sources based on the keywords you enter in the search bar.
If this helps, feel free to mark it as the solution ✔️ and give it an upvote 👍 !
Yes, it is possible to search multiple KBs (Knowledge Bases) simultaneously and filter the results by KBs, depending on the platform or tool you're using. HubSpot Help Center likely uses a centralized search feature that indexes content from multiple KBs and applies filters for refinement. Implementing this requires robust search functionality, such as ElasticSearch or similar, where you can tag content by source (KB) and allow users to filter by those tags after a search. Check your platform’s capabilities or explore third-party tools that support this feature......

That is helpful. Do you know of any articles or guidance on how to make that happen?
In my original screenshot above of the Hubspot search returns, it does allow selecting after the search. Is there something different happening there? Are those three possible selections not KB's? Thank you for the help.
