Resource Download Center like hubspot.com/resources

We are looking to build out a resource center with downloadable items just like the hubspot one found here: https://www.hubspot.com/resources

Is there a component of HubSpot that allows for this type of functionality outside of the blog? With the filters, topics, content types, or would this have to be built custom within Hubspot?

Looking to do this as well, without buying another HS product (like service hub).

@thinkDru My suggesion here would be to use the HubSpot Knowledge Base (service hub Pro). You can have it public or gate the content so that only customers or resigrants can login and view it. It allows search and filters too.

If this is not an option, then the best alternative would be to custom build website pages with the functionalities you are looking for.
