Can menu & header be removed from Knowledge base?
Can be the style CSS be modified from general templates configuration (website)?
We need to embed it in a mobile app and current knowledge base configuration options seem insufficient to provide expected customer experience

This article goes over what is possible to customize in the knowledge base. Anything else won't be possible at this stage, however I'd really recommend upvoting this Idea in our Ideas Forum regarding this, currently Being Reviewed by the Product Team. You can also subscribe to the idea (Options > Subscribe) to get notified if the status changes.
